Can i sue the Jehovah’s Witnesses for trespassing?

2 women are standing at my door early Sunday morning with rosy smiles and pamphlets. i HATE uninvited guests. They got an open door and a face full of pepper spray. They ran and i gave chase, tearing up their pamphlets. When the one girl was down on the ground and i was kicking her, she tried to bite my ankle. Now i am facing criminal charges.
1)Can i sue for trespassing
2)Can i sue for assault(ankle biting)

OMG i havent laughed like that in ages *wipes tear from eye* thanks that made my day!
