Portrait Death

Any one playing Castlevania: Portrait of Ruin? I am level 28, I have 3rd map. I am at a dead end. Need help?

I need help activating the Spinning and Martial Art quests. I need help in the Tower of Death with the motorcycles, the elevated crawl passages, and the flaming obstacel to get the to detinator box.
