I Want To Live In A Predominantly Black American City That Is Has A Very High Crime And Murder Rate?

Do such places exist in the United States ? Plese can any of you give me any suggestions, I am desperately looking for a predominantly Black city in the U.S where violence is way out of control. I am looking for a city that has alot of housing projects. The more housing projects the better I say.
